Synopsis:
Mambo. Merlot. Murder.
Who killed Milton Falls’ nastiest neighbor? And why? Anna Romeo, vineyard
owner and librarian, wants to know.
Used to be doors went unlocked, neighbors visited on porches and gossip

all bets are off. Arson, burglary and cryptic tea leaf messages fill Anna’s
days—and nights—with love, mystery and adventure.
Can Anna unlock the key to the murder that’s got everyone on edge? And, more
importantly, can she do it quickly enough for the annual Zucchini Festival
to go on as planned?

Milton Falls, NY oozes old-fashion small town charm. All
the neighbors know one another and there is never a reason to lock your
doors. That is until one of the neighbors is murdered. Everyone in town
agrees that the victim probably deserved it but there is still a murderer
among them. Anna Romeo, head librarian, gardener, vineyard owner and avid
suspense novel reader, needs to solve this mystery just to feel safe in her
home. Her husband, Tony, doesn't agree and tries to keep protected and as
far away from danger as possible. Are more neighbors in danger and will the
Annual Zucchini Festival that bonds the community take place on time?
Vineyard Mambo was a great "palate cleanser". Ms. Leone tells the
heartwarming story of family, community, and the love between a man, woman,
and a cat. Anna was well known and loved in her community. She made sure her
friends were safe and knew that they were important in her life. Tony was an
alpha male and protector of his family. I loved the fact that he made sure
that Anna was always protected and he did it in such a way that she never
felt smothered. Their love for each other was genuine and the way Ms. Leone
portrayed it made you feel like you were part of their community and a dear
friend. The cast of secondary characters also wrapped you in and made you
feel at home. I recommend this book for those days when you feel a little
down and out because it will definitely surround you in a warm blanket of
love and friendship.
