Synopsis:

Musicians Aidan Hawthorne and
Corinne Westfall meet when her father, their mutual manager, arranges for
them to play together for a special session. Even though her twin sisters
are also present; it is lust at first sight. Unknown to both Aidan and
Corinne, her father, John, has evil intentions for the young pair, and while
his plans put them together, they also place Corinne in harms way. Part of
the danger to Corinne stems from Aidan's true guise, he's a shape-shifting
firebird. John Westfall wants Aidan's power as the Phoenix for himself, and
has plans to get it by any means necessary even if he has to use his own
daughter.
Ms. Connolly takes the reader into two worlds with this story; the
shape-shifter and the rock and roller and both are equally entertaining.
While Aidan embraces part of shifter life style, he completely lives and
loves the roller one and he introduces Corinne to this new one with
enthusiasm. Forces, fans and family try to tear the lovers apart, do they
prevail? Read the story, I promise you won't be disappointed!
If Sunfire is any indication of how great the Pure Wildfire Series
is going to be, I can not wait for the next installment. Icefire, is
advertised as coming soon; soon can not come soon enough for me...
