Nothing to Lose by Jamie Hill is Book One in the Unexpected Love
series and tells the story of Bailey Montgomery and Doug Kenny. The story
was well written, with erotic and steamy love scenes that will leave you
breathless.
Bailey has only one thing on her mind when she arrives in Perry, Illinois,
clean out her late mother’s house, get out of town and not get involved with
anyone. However, Doug, the sexy handyman around town has other ideas.
After insulting Doug and his family with her big town ways and arrogant and
abrasive behavior, Bailey comes to rely on them as she slowly sorts through
her the last years of her mother’s life and comes to terms with her softer
side.
I enjoyed this book a lot and I look forward to the continuation of the
series and finding love in unexpected places. I recommend this book and the
whole series as it develops.
