SRR GRADE: C

Leah Collins has come back to Sydney Minnesota after twenty-five years of living in Miami Florida. Starting over at forty-five and recently divorced, she’s come back to her roots. Actually, she’s starting over and coming to some harsh realizations.

On a cold, miserable night she gets on the bus that will take her to her empty, lonely apartmemt. She isn’t looking for anything but a warm ride home when she comes across a warm memory of the past.

A chance encounter with an old acquaintance from high school could lead to a new beginning. If only she could believe. As the bus carries them on into the night, the chance encounter becomes something so much more.

Short and sweet. Leah comes across as a woman who has no hope until she sees Ed Barnes on the bus. Dinner and conversation may lead to more. Could even be love at first sight.
