Synopsis:

Nothing is more important to Reverend Annie Lane than preserving her unblemished reputation. She lives a charitable, nun-like existence intent on showing God's direction to the town's promiscuous teenager. Then Nick McAllister blows into town. He's hell-bent on destroying her congregation's belief in her and her image as a consummate do-gooder. After all, the evidence points to her as a thief and seductress who drove his brother to the brink of suicide.

Annie soon finds she must fight more than the damage to her reputation. Her faith in the God she's devoted her life to is tested and shattered.
