she is set financially for life but still searching for something. She
believes that finding the perfect lover will make her life complete. When
the “Man-of-the-moment” runs out on her stealing a pearl necklace, Miranda
is determined to get it back, when a fortune cookie advises “Find the
perfect pearl and you will find the perfect lover” she hires B.J. McNamara
to find that pearl.
Journey To The Pearl is an adventure in sexual escapades, from solo
to ménage. The sexual encounters in this Quickie will have you reaching for
a fan or a man. If that is what you are looking for then the hot sexual
encounters within it are definitely for you. However, if you are looking
for romance, it unfortunately lacks the traditional path of a romance. There
is little interaction between the hero and heroine throughout the book and
feels tacked on, instead of integral to the story. Journey To The Pearl
is a good warm up for an evening with your significant other but not, for
this reader, a satisfying romance.
