Think you might be sexually
frustrated? Try being a member of the Gunera Coven of Witches. Their coven
has had a two thousand year chastity belt curse on the entire group. If they
try to have sex, even someone from the opposite sex unbuttoning their pants,
their partner looses consciousness. They can only break the curse by
marrying members of the Amiantos Coven. But Aleeza has a way to break the
curse. She sneaks into the woods that are owned by the Amiantos Coven and
preforms grey magic to break the curse. While she is breaking her curse, two
members of the Amiantos Coven are casting a spell to find out who killed
their lover. Aleeza's spell works because she has called the magic from
Dorand and Ferrin's spell. They hear a woman's scream in the woods and hope
that another killing hasn't taken place. Dorand finds Aleeza first naked in
the clearing. Their attraction is so strong that they are soon having sex.
Ferrin comes upon them and he is immediately jealous and the dark voice that
he hears claims her as his.
Every time Aleeza thinks about either one of the men, she becomes aroused.
She knows she is headed for trouble when her boss and Coven leader assigns
her to the case of investigating who has murdered three witches in the
Amiantos woods. Both she and Ferrin are hearing voices and having visions of
them with children and how they will birth a new coven thought to be
extinct. This is not what they want but the voice is soon becoming stronger
than they are. Dorand seems to be the one to ground the voice and let them
think clearly when they are together.
Are they as a triumvirate stronger than the evil that wants to use them to
create a race of demons?
Wow!!! Demon's Triad was a great, fast-paced book! With two authors
writing this book it was seamless! I knew there would be some dark parts but
they were well written. They weren't dwelled upon but they were explained
and out of the darkness came something wonderful. Bravo!!!
