The goal that Sabrina had
been working towards since she starting working at Meyers Rehabilitation
Clinic right after college was to become a partner. That dream depending on
her working with one man. Dan McMullen. Ten years ago, they were a couple
practically engaged until Sabrina found that Dan had a theory about women;
there are some you have sex with and some you marry. She was in the latter
group and he played around with the first group while they were dating. Now,
Dan has specifically requested that Sabrina be his Physical Therapist. Is
this request professional or personal? Does he still have the reputation of
being a "Ladies Man" or has that changed?
And There Are Girls You Marry by Tina Gallagher was as a fantastic
read. This book was a story of love, forgiveness, and trust. Sabrina -
independent but not willing to open her heart to love. Dan - successful but
missing the love of his life. The feel while reading the book was relaxing
while floating on a raft on a lazy river. This was a "real life" story that
most people can relate to. How do you forgive someone and learn to love
again? Ms. Gallagher's book gives some great examples.
