Hey y'all. My name is Shira (pronounced like Ira with the
Sh in front of it). I am a 36 year old wife and mother of a 4 year old
daughter living in North Carolina. I have always loved reading but it
because an obsession in 1993. The first book that I bought as an adult was
Promises by Charlotte Vale Allen. It was a book that my mom didn't allow me
to read so of course when I got my own place, it was the first one I bought.
That began my library which is now 2000+ books.
My favorite authors are Laurell K. Hamilton, Sunny, JR Ward, Shiloh Walker,
Anne Rice, Nora Roberts, Lynn Viehl, Lynsay Sands, Tananarive Due, James
Patterson, JK Rowling, Jude Deveraux, Dorthea Benton Frank, Marion Zimmer
Bradley, Kate Douglas, and Sujata Massey.
I love to read fantasy, paranormal, romance, erotica, contemporary fiction,
sci-fi, chick-lit, mystery and occasionally historical romance.
