Introduction:

I have bee a fan of  Margo Maguire ever since I read Saxon Lady.   Margo writes extraordinary historical romances.   Her new release, Temptation of the Warrior, is the second book in The Warrior-Sorcerer series.  If you've never read a book written by the incredibly talented Margo Maguire, you don't know what you're missing!

Short Biography:

A former ICU nurse, I believe Margo Maguire has seen it all.  Lucky for her readers that she chose to de-stress by writing.  Now that she's a full time writer she can deliver wonderful romances to her readers.  For a full biography of Margo Maguire, please visit her website.

New Release:

Temptation of the Warrior

A new land, a new time . . .

To protect his people from a great evil, Merrick Mac Lochlainn, newly crowned high chieftain of his clan, must travel forward in time nearly 1,000 years. But when he awakens in nineteenth-century England, he has no memory of his mission to save his race, nor can he recognize Jenny Keating, the spirited young beauty who calls herself his wife.

A new love . . .

Orphaned and on the run from a cruel headmaster, vulnerable and alone, Jenny never dreamed of being rescued by any man, much less a chivalrous and handsome warrior like Merrick. Drawn to his powerful physique and mysterious ways, she begins a dangerous deception and poses as his beloved. But her feelings of desire are all too real. Together they will battle a dark threat that jeopardizes their very lives, all the while tempting each other with a passion too powerful to resist.

Previous Releases:

A Warrior's Taking

A love that can transcend time . . .

981 A.D.: Brogan Mac Lochlainn has heard of a magical stone that bestows great powers. Now the slaying of his father, the chieftain, has placed the clan's protection in Brogan's hands—and he will brave any danger to possess the stone. But only the strongest sorcery will carry the fearless Scottish warrior to the talisman—for it is hidden in Ravenfield, an English estate . . . 900 years in the future!

1813: Sarah Granger is wary . . . yet shamelessly intrigued by the near-naked stranger she discovers washed upon the beach. His tale is one the beautiful governess can scarcely fathom—yet never have her passions been so stirred by any man. Sarah knows in her heart and soul her destiny lies with this seductive barbarian.

But an unrelenting evil has followed Brogan from ancient times—and he must battle it to the death to save the breathtaking beauty who is becoming more precious to him than the magic he crossed centuries to claim.

The Perfect Seduction

To burn with passion . . . to surrender to the power of a man's desire . . . Kathryn de St. Marie's years in a French convent have taught her such things are forbidden. Still the chaste Norman beauty dreams of a soul-stirring love. But cruel destiny intrudes when she is taken prisoner by Scot barbarians—though a kinder fate intervenes when she is rescued by proud, haunted Edric of Braxton Fell, a bitter Saxon lord displaced by Norman rule.

Though he despises the conquerors, Edric can sense that Kathryn is different—gentle and giving, yet possessing a fire that enflames Edric in turn—and he grudgingly allows her into his broken life. For Kathryn's capture has tainted her in the eyes of her people, and she can never again return home. Her future rests in the strong hands of her enemy champion . . . and in a long-cherished dream of a perfect seduction and a dangerous, rapturous love.

The Bride Hunt

Her life is in the hands of a man she dares not love . . .

Lady Isabel Louvet is a woman of noble birth, wit, courage, and beauty. But though these qualities make her an excellent bride, they cannot save her when, on the night she was meant to choose a groom, wild Scottish brigands storm the walls of her father's castle. As what should be a celebration turns to terror and bloodshed, Isabel is carried away from her family to be offered to a Scottish chieftain as a slave . . . or worse.

But unbeknownst to Isabel, she has a champion, a feared warrior and knight of legend named Anvrai d'Arques. His visage bears the scars of battle, but his heart remains pure in its devotion to country and king—that is, until he sets out to rescue Isabel. Her fierce spirit of survival stirs his passion more than combat ever could, and with her touch his world forever shifts. Now, with the Scottish on their heels and a country on the brink of war, they must go forth in battle together—to save themselves, to protect their countrymen, and to find a love that can set them both forever free.
